This isn't actually for us earthlings, but for our future conquerors. A cover of a book written by an alien scout while on a reconnaissance mission to assure a fluent takeover of the Earth. Unfortunately I cannot tell when our new overlords shall arrive, but it might be high time to start hardening our hides.
And yes, I also wondered why I was ordered to use English, but didn't dare to question it out loud.
